Reconstitution Protocol:
1. Allow vial to reach room temperature before opening.
2. Add sterile bacteriostatic water (BAC water) slowly down the side of the vial. For a 5mg vial, add 2.5mL for a concentration of 2mg/mL.
3. Gently swirl — do not shake or vortex.
4. Allow 3–5 minutes for complete dissolution.
5. Solution should be clear and colorless. Discard if particulate matter is visible.
Storage after reconstitution: Refrigerate at 2–8°C. Use within 30 days. Do not refreeze.
